Dreyer Group hosted a partner appreciation event this past Monday night in South Surrey. Over 120 business professionals from South Surrey, White Rock, Langley and the Fraser Valley attended. The event was in appreciation for our business partners. In addition we wanted to kick off the spring market with other like-minded community professionals. As mortgage brokers, I found the general consensus and feedback positive with continued expected strong real estate and economic markets in White Rock South Surrey particularly for the foreseeable future. Housing starts continue to remain strong and migrating into these communities brisk. Commercial facilities including exclusive shopping, community facilities and infrastructure fuel the interest in our area.
As the pre-eminent mortgage brokers, we continue to see strong growth in our business as business partners and clients continue to spread the word of the benefits of using a mortgage broker. The night was a great success. I feel privileged to be associated with such professions in our community and look forward to a strong year in South Surrey, White Rock and surrounding Fraser Valley areas.
