I am pleased to have been a White Rock mortgage broker for over 14 years. I am on the 4th and 5th mortgage for many of my clients. The other day on of my clients, Tom and Sherri from White Rock, came to refinance their mortgage for home renovations on a home they purchased six months ago.
While reviewing their file I noticed that I have helped them buy a condo, three homes and refinanced thier last home to buy a rental property. Now they are looking to arrange financing for a major renovation they are planning for their beautiful piece of property in Ocean Park. In addition, I noticed I have helped their daughter and friend buy a condo downtown, arranged financing for Tom's sister and helped Sherri's brother buy a cabin in Whistler. Now the whole family is enjoying the recreation property as well as their own homes. Tom also came to the meeting with his business partners card who also is looking at buying a rental home. What a rewarding job this is. I'm so proud and pleased to have helped this family achieve their home ownership goals. Building a business based on referrals is achievable when you understand the importance of providing impeccable service and honest advice to your clients. Word of mouth is a powerful thing.
