Dreyer Group Mortgage Survey Results

Thank you so very much for your overwhelming response to our survey. Below are the final results and the winner is.....

98 Completed Mortgage Survey Questions 99% of our mortgage clients that responded said they would use our mortgage financing services again

99% would introduce us to friends, family and co-workers.

84% said we exceeded their expectations. This was a funny question because we had these types of responses when someone said we "did not" exceed their expectations...:

"The "no" is not meant to say your office did anything wrong, you met my expectations (as you have done in the past, hence our return to the Dreyer Group Mortgages)" 

and "You were referred to me as the best so you didn't exceed expectations."

Interesting how responses are depending on the positioning of the questions.  That being said though we did have some very positive constructive feedback and we will be addressing ways to ensure we exceed all of our clients expectations moving forward. Our goal is to make getting a mortgage with Dreyer Group so wonderful clients tell the world about using our services!

 Quick, helpful and knowledgeable service. Your brokers know their products.

I was new to the mortgage world and appreciated being able to rely on someone for assistance. I also love the updates on mortgage changes and newsletters.

I tell any one I know how great you are and how much you have done for us. Even though I tell people about you, I think everyone is stuck in their ways and think they already have the best deal. I do try to send people your way when I can but it is hard to make people listen to you!

I have been very happy with all of the services you have offered thus far and would definitely recommend to others.

I live in Kamloops now - I used to live in Surrey when I first used the Dreyer Group's services. I was quite happy that even living 4 hours away, the process to secure a mortgage product that I was happy with was smoother than dealing with the financial institution in town. Scanning signed documents, emailing and talking over the phone worked very well.

Very helpful whenever I have questions. Got me a great rate which I appreciated. Will definitely use you again when this mortgage runs out!
