Our Story
Dreyer Group Mortgages was founded in 1992 by Jared Dreyer with a straightforward idea: BC homeowners deserve an independent advocate who shops the entire lending market on their behalf.
Over three decades, that idea has grown into a full-service brokerage helping thousands of families purchase homes, renew on better terms, and access equity when they need it most.
What sets us apart is our deep expertise in alternative lending. While many brokers focus exclusively on conventional A-lender deals, we built our practice around helping clients who need creative solutions -- and then guiding them back to conventional financing when the time is right.

Dreyer Group operates within a network of independently licensed mortgage brokerages. Each brokerage is independently owned and operated under its own BCFSA licence, and is separately responsible for its own compliance obligations, errors and omissions insurance, and anti-money laundering program.
