Dreyer Group Mortgages is committed to ensuring our website is accessible to all visitors, regardless of ability or the technology they use. We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility, not a one-time project.

Accessibility Standards

Our website is designed to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria. These guidelines are organized around four core principles: content must be perceivable (available to all senses), operable (navigable by keyboard and assistive devices), understandable (clear language and predictable behavior), and robust (compatible with current and evolving assistive technologies). We reference these principles throughout our development process.

Assistive Technology Compatibility

We test our website with a range of browsers and assistive technologies, including VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, and popular desktop browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). While we cannot guarantee compatibility with every assistive technology, we aim to support the most commonly used screen readers, voice recognition tools, and magnification software.

Known Limitations

Our website uses a third-party scheduling widget (Calendly) for booking consultations. While we have implemented this embed responsibly, its full accessibility is managed by Calendly and may not meet every WCAG 2.1 AA criterion. If you have difficulty using the scheduling tool, please contact us directly and we will arrange a consultation for you.
