Joe started in finance at a Lower Mainland auto dealership before moving into mortgage brokering in 2006 — just in time for the financial crisis. That baptism by fire taught him that good advice matters most when markets are uncertain. Now managing broker services for Dreyer Group and working alongside Jared Dreyer as part of his dedicated mortgage team, Joe draws on nearly two decades of experience and his own real estate adventures — pre-sale condos, new construction, self-builds, and rental properties — to guide clients through theirs. When he's not helping clients navigate financing, you'll find him on the Sunshine Coast with his wife Diana and their two dogs, cruising Desolation Sound and Princess Louisa Inlet aboard their 25-foot cabin cruiser Mai Tide.
